Paul Received a Bachelors of Science degrees in Business Administration and Labor Relations with a minor in economics from Minnesota State University. Past President of the Bloomington Jaycees. Served on the Board and as President of the Minneapolis Independent Insurance Agents for 14 years. Served on the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents Board of Directors for 8 years. Named Agent of the year 1988 and Young Agent of the Year 1990 Paul is married to Wife Renee, 2 Children, Sharon a 6th Grade School Teacher and Scott a NASCAR Mechanic & Jack Man. Roger Blessum Phone: 952-881-2685 Ext: 103 Roger joined James M. King & Associates, Inc. in 1970, primarily as a life insurance producer. During his first year with the agency, he also became licensed to produce personal and business property and casualty insurance. Encouraged by Jim King, he became active in the community, serving with several civic organizations in Bloomington. He also served on various advisory commissions for the City of Bloomington. Roger was a member of the Bloomington city council from 1978 through 1989. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents Association. Prior to his insurance career, he served over 11 years on active duty with the US Army and is a Vietnam veteran. Roger is married and he and his wife Jan have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Rochelle Smith Phone: 952-881-2685 Ext: 110 Rochelle has been with James M. King & Associates, Inc. since 2007. She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and comes to you with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Rochelle started writing motorcycle insurance in high school and has gone on to specialize in both personal and commercial lines. Her career in the insurance industry includes: Licensed Insurance Agent, Agency Manager, Customer Service Representative, and a Consultant to many agencies in process and procedures, as well as national industry education and advisory boards. She has currently transitioned herself into a full time agent with Jame M King. Rochelle is newly married to husband Ron and has one son, Nic who just graduated from college as a sound engineer.
